Our methodology is a framework we use to approach building technology solutions for people, groups, departments, and organizations in public, private, and non-profit sectors. It's the result of 20+ years consulting with people to 1) listen to their daily challenges; 2) share ideas of what's possible; 3) co-design technology solutions; 4) train for daily management and growth of new systems; and, 5) and create new business and revenue models to ensure technologies are sustainable for the stakeholders who own it.

1. engage

All engagements begin with listening to the people who have the challenges they are trying to solve. These people almost always know exactly what should be done to fix the issues so we do not build solutions without project stakeholders or impacted users.

2. detect

When someone decides that want to see a different outcome, the first step is to detect exactly what is happening today, to understand how to change it.

6. monitor

We put controls in place to monitor progress of the initiative to ensure all is on track. Alerts are sent if plans, projects, systems, or people going off plan or off target.

3. intervene

If the situation includes imminent risk or harm to individuals, communities, or organizations intervention may be introduced as an interim control.

7. justice

We use technologies like Blockchain to create a baseline of defensible data to track steps taken toward remediation and resolution of issues related to change.

4. prevent

In all cases we look to capture and surface data to create real-time insight for decision making and to avoid repeating historic patterns that bring unwanted results.

8. abate

If there is an element that needs to be removed from an environment for a project we identify exactly what needs to happen and when to contain and remove risk.

5. mitigate

During the transformation from the current to future state there will be steps and transition tasks the client can follow to help navigate a change roadmap.

8. regenerate

Every project includes time spent considering new business and revenue models, new job skills, workforce development and community regeneration.
