The landlord can take many types of training and learn about programs to help them ensure they mitigate as much risk as possible and keep their tenants safe.
Once the landlord has been approved to use the PRI system, they can begin using online scheduling to work with tenants and service providers to manage the ongoing upkeep of their housing units.
